It all began with dance. In the quest for expression beyond words, I embarked on a path as a professional dancer for 20 years, ranging from classical to contemporary dance, free movement, and real-time creation. This experience allowed me to travel the world, joining international dance companies (in Cuba, Austria, Germany, Brazil and Portugal-Ballet Gulbenkian). Through dance, I developed the perception of the body, space and energy in a deep and intuitive way. I also taught dance for 15 years, guiding children, teenagers, and adults in connecting with their bodies through movement.

Alongside my artistic path, I embarked on a personal journey of self-discovery, expanding my consciousness and exploring a wide range of  philosophical and therapeutic approaches such as modern non-dualism, astrology, biomagnetism, family constellations, sacred geometry, metaphysics, mindfulness, psychology (C. G. Jung), Reiki, quantum physics theories, shamanism, among others. Above all, the contemplation of nature has always been, and continues to be, a source of inspiration and connection with the subtle worlds of existence.

​The encounter with the Lineage of Healers from Vera Cruz, Mexico (with roots in the Mayan culture), the Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System and the Family and Systemic Constellations, allowed me to deepen my healing and transformation process in a more profound way.​

​

Currently, in addition to being a dance teacher, I work as a therapist, weaving together breathwork, somatic therapy, family constellations, shamanic therapy, sacred geometry, dance, free movement, voice, crystal singing bowls.

​

Through so much learning and, especially since 2012 when a conscious internal contact with the "Mother of the World" changed my life completely. Since then, my perception of the subtle worlds of existence has been expanding and the encounter with the essence of who I am is a path of no return and no end. And from this inner space of presence and listening, I share a sacred space, where consciousness and transformation reveal themselves.

allowing you to be seen in your authenticity, depth, and heart.

I believe that healing is a path of evolution, of deep connection with ourselves,

aligning the heart and mind, transcending limiting beliefs and perceptions. Transformation occurs through the expansion of our consciousness and commitment to our inner truth.

And our inner truth is the light of the spirit within us (Soul, Life, Universe, God, whatever you want to call it). It is the light of the universal divine consciousness that is yours because

it lives in you and through you, through your uniqueness.

I provide you with a welcoming environment for reconnecting with your breath, body, emotions, and inner wisdom, facilitating the release of traumas and conditioning. Throughout this inner journey, you will be able to embrace your vulnerability and sensitivity, ultimately discovering your inner truth, self-love, strength, and peace. You will be able to understand your "shadow" (some unconscious aspects) and experience your own light.
